Helping Nashville Flood Victims
As the muddy waters of the Cumberland River began to recede, so did it begin to unveil the total devastation that had occurred in Nashville & most all of Middle Tennessee. Our hearts were saddened for the beautiful city, it's residents, businesses, visitors, neighbors, and friends. The Turkish American Community in Tennessee came together to help their neighbors and continue to work towards a rapid recovery. We registered through Hand on Nashville and teamed up with our volunteers from Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Cookeville to help flood victims in Nashville. Our Volunteers assisted to clean up and recover the homes from flood and donate emergency items.
